WHRO in Norfolk, VA recently featured an article about the TRAP program in the Virginia waters of Chesapeake Bay. The article features a history of derelict carb pot removal efforts in Chesapeake Bay, the problems they cause, the new TRAP program, and interviews with Dr. Kirk Havens of the Virginia Institute of Marine Science and two of the Virginia watermen participating in the program.
